2. Products and Availability
We take all reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, size and finish may occur due to differences in screen settings and natural materials.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify products without notice and to limit quantities purchased per customer or order.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is only formed once we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if:
The product is out of stock,
There is a pricing or description error,
Payment cannot be processed, or
We believe the order is fraudulent.

5. Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom, excluding certain remote areas or islands (unless otherwise specified). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location and product availability.
We will notify you of the estimated delivery date during checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any visible damage or missing items.

6. Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To return, please contact us in writing or by email before the 14-day period expires.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in their original packaging,
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Exclusions:
Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised furniture cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. (Please note it can take an additional 10 working days for the funds to arrive in your bank account.)

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a fault arises after 30 days but within 6 months, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Warranties
Some of our products come with manufacturer warranties. These vary depending on the product and brand. Warranty details will be displayed on the product page or provided upon request.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
